IT Worker Of The Future
When you need engineers, hire engineers. But Briggs says businesses will increasingly turn hiring practices on their head as they attempt to fill new positions that don't come with predictable job descriptions.
"Companies need employees with experience," Briggs said. "But the problem is they can't find anyone with requisite 5 to 10 years of experience, because the job description didn't exist even 5 years ago."
Deloitte writes: "Scarcity of technical talent is a significant concern across many industries, with some organizations facing talent gaps along multiple fronts.
